Theta Analysis

• EPSI_thetaAnalysis.html is the main document for the EPSI Theta analysis.
• Estimate EPSI Thetas with Forbush et al. (2018) data (Dr. Song)
• Estimate IDAS-II Thetas with Forbush et al. (2018) data (Dr. Song)
• Bring in new dataset for analysis (Dr. Forbush)

Visualization

• exampleViz.html is the main document for the CATapp output visualization.
• Fix red ‘severe’ regions of plot to extend over whole range (Trevor)
• Define values for the ‘severe’ region(s) based on Theta analyses (Trevor)
• Create labels for the Theta values (Team)
